Windows 7   I receive a message  Low  Memory. I assume  It means Memory Space.

If I uninstall programs  like  Evernote Free, and Nero start smart would that help?

You're being too vague with your issue. How much memory do you have on your system?

And I would check how much RAM these two programs use before you think about uninstalling them just to free up RAM (you can do this by accessing Task Manager).
