Hi Demonheim

I can see that you have many problems caused by your NVIDIA drivers/programs. The first step would be to reinstall the latest version for your NVIDIA drivers and see if you still have any issues after. Do you know your exact NVIDIA card model? Also, I strongly suggest you to uninstall AVG Web TuneUp since it's also crashing, and is useless to have.

I believe its a GTX geforce 650. and i dont know how to reinstall the nvidia drivers, the nvidia experience thing usually does all the installing and reinstalling, it did some this morning even. it uninstalled them and reinstalled them, for a new beta driver or something

• Select the correct information in each list, matching your computer, system and graphic card;
• Once done, click on the Search button;
• Click on the Download button, then on the next page, click on Agree & Download;
• Wait for the installer to download, then execute it;
• Follow the instructions until you are asked if you want a "Quick" or "Custom (Advanced)" installation, and select Custom (Advanced);
• Check the box below the item list that says "Clean profile";
• Make sure that every item in the list is checked, then pursue with the installation;
• Once the drivers are installed, it'll ask to restart your system, please do so;
• NOTE: If you are running Windows 7, update your Windows Experience Index score after the restart;

If you are using beta drivers for your graphic card, that might not be the best idea ever. Follow the instructions below.

alright ive done everythying you asked now what ?

24% cpu and 31% memory, however the cpu seems to spike up to 81% at times or 70% than go back down.

Well I can see a lot of errors related to Mozilla Firefox in your Event Viewer. It would be a good idea to completely uninstall it using a power uninstaller such as the portable version of Revo Uninstaller, and then re-download and re-install it.

Not really. Pretty much every program you have are games, and I doubt that they are all running at the same time. But uninstall Java, since it's not updated. Java 8 Update 31 was released yesterday:
