how can i access to my bios in dell inspiron ?

hi all

it is the first topic to me in this great forum !
and sorry if it is the wrong classfield of my order!
i have a dell inspiron PC laptop
and i want to access to my bois booting
when i restart the computer that i should tap f2
but it doesn't work !! it contue to open the windows normally !
what other keys can i use to open my BIOS in my computer

Welcome. If this not working,tell me your operating system and I can move this.

Turn on your computer.

Press F2 during boot when the DELL logo appears.

Press Fn"+"F1 after the computer has powered on if "F2" does not work. The BIOS menu will display with a list of options
