In short: No.
I have heard that you may burn through charge cycles faster leaving a device plugged in all of the time, I have not confirmed this. All lithium batteries have a certain number of charge cycles before they should be replaced (draining to 0 and recharging to 100% is 1 cycle).
I have not had any problems with any batteries even when I left them plugged in most of the time.
