Greetings.
You are quite welcome.
We will take care of the registry setting you did not modify.
Let me address some of your concerns.
It is common to assume invasion into personal accounts is directly related to a person's computer. Although that can happen, there is an increasing amount of data being stolen via breaches to companies that hold a lot of their customer's personal information. What we then try to do is look for evidence of what is known as a
Backdoor Trojan on a computer to determine if someone has access to it. In your case I do not see any evidence of that type of Trojan.
Tracking cookies are common and not evidence of malicious software on a computer.
Can you tell me exactly what things SuperAntiSpyware is finding that reappear?
We no longer rely on HijackThis as it doesn't provide reliable results. For example, all the items you posted from the HijackThis log in
Post #9 are legitimate.
I don't see anything in the screen shot you posted that is a concern.
Doing research into particular files is not as easy as it might sound. It is best to be trained in how to research and more importantly how to evaluate the results. The tool we are currently using is the type of deep scanner tool you are asking about.
Let's do this and if you can give me some specifics about SuperAntiSpyware detections that would be helpful.
