I'm fairly sure, you're still infected.
That "Program Data" folder pop-up shows some subfolders which belongs to Windows Recovery infection.
That infection often comes with more, like rootkits.
It looks like the infection is playing with us, making some folders invisible.

At this point, we have to stop and you have to go back to to your other topic and wait for some malware help there.

Ok, I understand, I'll put in a new post linking it to the last two pages in this thread so they can see some of the files and what's going on with them. Thanks Broni, and if I get this fixed with you all here I'm going to drive out to Clay City and kiss you!!! LOL

First of all, it looks to me, you're using wrong version of SystemLook.

Download 64-bit version from HERE

Then, re-run it with a code from my reply #7.

i have removed this virus several times and have gotten real good at it
