The Norton Removal Tool does not properly remove any of the corporate versions like SAV or Endpoint. There is a tool used, called Cleanwipe, that is used but it has been taken down from the Symantec forum site. They ask that you contact Support for assistance in using the removal tool. The manual removal instructions are here, but it looks like a tedious business.
