I have a DSL connection through Comsouth. ( Spirit telecom - Server Scottsboro GA). The speedtest.net results are...

Ping: 126 ms

Download speed: 4.73 Mbps

Upload speed: 0.99 Mbps

I must mention that my download speed has varied from 1.33 to 4.73 in my several earlier speedtest.net results. Today's download speed of 4.73 Mbps is the highest I have seen so far. Also, I just played a Youtube video on Google Chrome and the audio and video were in sync and the video must be just about 10 percent choppy. I guess it's getting much better. :thumbsup2:

Either throttling or a buffer issue. You might contact your ISP and see if they can help, they may have made changes to your service.

Try movie maker, an video editor, really powerful. Also I know a free online converter seems to support it too, you can have a try either if you don’t want to cost too much time installing any programs.
