How to: batch file to compare file times and dates

At the time of the files and when I first tried doing the search, EST.  Currently, it is mountain time.  My computer is still set at EST.

EST is UTC-5, so the 5 hour difference makes sense here.

As a workaround you can shift your query by 5 hours.
