Ok, well the info you are providing is not going to cut it.

I provided you with information. Please answer it so you have your Lenovo UNKNOWN MODEL get drivers.

Lenovo uses Proprietary Drivers including the Video Drivers.  If ever have issues, start with the Video Drivers.

So without proper and complete Model information,................

Windows comes with Defender a A/V and Firewall, there was no need to pay for UNKNOWN A/V.

@FreeBooter is that specific to Lenovo ?  or HP or Dell with Proprietary Drivers and installing others causing BSOD's like Video Drivers do ?

It is a new computer.  It only needs UNKNOWN Model with it's Lenovo Drivers.

Go to the Lenovo website navigate to the support or driver page and it should auto detect your PC and load the drivers.

BTW if this is a new PC with W11 then for 99% of applications the free Windows Defender bundled as part of the operating system is more than good enough as an AV.

Most 3rd party AV's will not do a better job and will slow you down as well.

As you can see, Bushlady, nobody is recommending a place to update your computer's drivers for free, because there's no such place anyone finds trustworthy.

Your Lenovo computer very likely comes with Lenovo's own software for taking care of that for you already, much like how I've seen on Dell and HP computers.  If there's someone here with a recent Lenovo computer, or who has worked with many recent Lenovo computers, who knows the specifics, your input would be most welcome.

1) I'm not sure to whom you are speaking, but your comment is rude and out of place.

2) Everyone here is trying to help you without recompense of any sort. If you're not happy with the replies, either ignore them or try a different support site.

3) You need to provide the best and most comprehensive information you can about your system, your problem, your question, and why you are asking it.

4) Drivers are free.

5) You've been advised above by more than one respondent to obtain your drivers from the Lenovo website. If you prefer, you can go to the website of the the specific device OEM (GPU, sound card, whatever) and look for their latest driver(s).

How's that for good English?

You have a brand new Lenovo.  You get your Drivers from Lenovo as they are Proprietary Drivers (see AI Results)

" do you have someone that can speak better english in that you tub I already paid to get the drivers updated.  For next time get me someone that speaks better English "

(Note : missing Capital Letter)(please explain "in that you tub")

As this is a Forum it consists of Volunteers from all over the world as does the people it helps.    If you were speaking about the Video is a little hard to understand but use able.

If speaking to me then will again point you to the words "Lenovo uses Proprietary Drivers" Post # 4

You stated you paid for the A/V, you did not say you paid for drivers as you were here asking for them. Which was explained go to Lenovo.

If supplied the information I requested I could have provided you with the Correct Page to go.

Though there should not be a need when you have a 1 push Update from the Lenovo Vantage app on the system.

G'luck.
