I have Samsung Galaxy S10. Since 1-2 days ago I began getting popup ads in the middle of the home screen. When I clicked on 3 dots, it said Running in Chrome. Once, I got this add that I couldn't get out of until it ran its course. It kept bringing me back into the ad. I cleared cache and cookies in Chrome leaving only passwords. It didn't help. I also uninstalled some recently installed apps. In addition I ran Malwarebytes, which found one old game as detection, which is blocks, but this game was on this phone forever. I also ran F-Secure, which didn't find anything.  I disabled and enabled chrome. There was no option to uninstall or reinstall.

I did not install anything from unknown source, nor did I receive any files except one picture from a friend 2 days ago (coincidence?)

Please advise. Thank you.

Thank you @Cat Herder (nice name). I found a culprit. It appears that when I got an add on the legitimate app that has ads and installed one of the coin value evaluator software, it began bombarding my phone with ads. I uninstalled and it solved the problems. This topic can be closed.
