Considering the program was made for : Windows XP/Vista/7 who knows.  If it works it works.

You do not list your OS.

On the Geeks to Go webpage for TFC...

Please note TFC is not suitable for use on Windows 8.1 or 10

If you have Windows 10 or 11 just use the built in Disk Cleanup.

Win10/11 :                   There is Disk Cleanup on the Start Menu since 1995, run once then run again Click Clean up System Files.
Then there is Open a CMD Prompt as a Admin and then copy/paste : %SystemRoot%\System32\Cmd.exe /c Cleanmgr /sageset:65535 & Cleanmgr /sagerun:65535 this into it and enter. which opens up the above but cleans more, tick all boxes.
See this page for other info : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/disk-cleanup-in-windows-8a96ff42-5751-39ad-23d6-434b4d5b9a68

As well from Settings--> there is Storage Sense.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/manage-drive-space-with-storage-sense-654f6ada-7bfc-45e5-966b-e24aded96ad5#ID0EBD=Windows_11 /10

Then there is PC Manager : https://pcmanager.microsoft.com/en-us  Still pulled for work.

Then there is from a CMD Admin Prompt : dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup /resetbase This will clean Up the WinSxS folder used by the Windows Update and will generally free up a few GB of space, if it has never been done.

So all in all there is a large amount of ways to clean up. Have found none of them as perfect.   MS has time limits on some of these folders before they get emptied. 30days.
