Google Chrome has been doing stuff to extensions frustrating users and developers and to the browser and how it works.
Other than that I can not say much as it is not allowed on my systems due to privacy. I loose enough using their search

Strange that copy&paste is not working here; using Firefox brzr.
@Pkshadow, do you realize that while handling this session in Firefox, this quote failed to be copied&pasted just in the Forums? I needed to copy, paste into NotePad, and then while stting there, paste into the composition field on the forums.

What you say is interesting and makes me want to trying turning off UBLock in Firefox, and ABP in Google Chrome, and see how B.C. Forums works.

In incognito Google Chrome, with AdBlock Plus turned off. Let's see about copy and paste from my message, post #3.

Nice! That works.

In Firefox, its updated current version, with uBlock turned off. Let's see about copy and paste , again from post #3.
NO GOOD! Same as found earlier when using Firefox.
I highlighted some text from post#3, positioned curser into composition field here, right click and looked for "paste", but no such choice shown.
That must be a Firefox thing, which maybe does not affect Google Chrome.
My comment in post #1 was not directed at anything involving copy and paste.

One more check using Google Chrome incognito mode, and ABP turned on, and enabled for incognito mode,
an attempt to, just to recheck and should not be necessary, copy and past a portion only, from post #1.

No copy-paste problem here. Sign-in is a little more lengthy than through Firefox. Slower response, longer waiting.

Log-Out is finished sooner when using Firefox than when using Google Chrome. Less waiting for browser to be ready for further actions.
Just as a small quick test, when I log-out after this message, I will as fast as possible try to go to some other site.
Scratch that last part. I was am still am in Google Chrome incogn mode.
AND IN FACT, Adblock Plus is disabled for Bleeping Computer, so I need to recheck on my browser settings.

I am not sure what's happening. Extensions Settings in Google Chrome is showing that ABP is turned on and is also enabled for incognito mode. When I visit Bleeping Computer Forums, ABP is also showing that it is in effect; once I log in to Bleeping Computer, ABP suddenly becomes dimmed, so not active. I should be able to find an "exceptions" list somehow; but for purposes of Bleeping Computer, I should leave the setting as it is.
What I am finding is that when log-out from B.C. using Google Chrm. Incognito, browser's finishing activities become slow, browser is poor to respond for several seconds, and I cannot go to other websites or make other actions until B.C. and the browser are clear to do so.

Hi, remember to clear your cache.
I run Firefox normal window which I use for only 2 sites and rest of time it sits in the tray. I use Firefox Private Browsing for everything. Ublock Origin in Advanced Mode and trained, Malwarebytes Browser Guard with ads and trackers turned off, Privacy Badger pretty much does what it wants but do go into it and Ublock when need to. I find Twittter and other social media gets blocked but can allow it on the page. I see no ads almost anywhere and have no problem using most sites if ask me for cookies i say yes; then when I am finished I close Private Browser 1st, then normal Firefox and I have no cookies other than the ones I started with that I want.
I sometimes have issues but remember there is nothing like a good system maintenance and cleaning and clear the cache and a reboot.

Think this was sorta something you mentioned : https://windowsreport.com/google-chrome-kill-pages-windows-10/ though not sure how much it effects Win11 since you are now running that if remember.
EDIT : Seems like some useful links on the left of that page text/article.

I have 0 issues with Google chrome and this forum.
Been same still using both G. Chrome and Firefox. Responses happen more quickly not getting stuck in Firefox.
Ordinarily, Google Chrome is faster, but not so when logging out of Bleeping C. in Google Chrome. When in Firefox, I log out of B. C., and quickly go to whatever other sites, no interruptions.
