I don't condone this type of behaviour but you have to admit, it's skilled riding by both the perp and the cop. Perhaps one day he could put it to a more productive use than running from the police?

This kid not only put his life in danger, but also the frightened girl riding with him, as well and any pedestrians and other car drivers. I hope he loses his license for 5 years and ends up in the slammer.
