I am getting a popup (from Chrome?) that the "IronVest extension is disabled".  It wants me to enable it.  Is there a reason why I should or should not?

Are you using it?

It seems to be a previously highly praised, multifunctional privacy/security extension with a declining reputation since the company's takeover.

If you are not using it, or if you are not a committed user, maybe it's a good time to reevaluate and think about using more reputable and reliable services.

For examples:

  • Password manager: Bitwarden
  • Anti-tracker and malware: MalwareBytes Browser Guard
  • Anti-ad: uBlock origin or uBlock origin lite
  • Email aliasing: SimpleLogin, Addy.io, DuckDuckGo

You can click here to get Bitwarden.

You can also click here to get Malwarebytes Browser Guard.

You can even click here to get uBlock Origin or uBlock Origin Lite.

You can yet click here to get SimpleLoginAddy.io, and DuckDuckGo.

Good luck! :)

You are welcome, Magic Sam! :)

You should uninstall IronVest to ensure that. :thumbup2:
