Is explanatory : Please provide the proper information regarding the Revision Number of the H110M-DS2 .  1.0 /1.1 /1.2/1.3 which is it ???

Stamped on the Motherboard usually under the Video Card.

Capcut - uninstall it then try installing other stuff.       What you believe does not matter - facts point at it as a issue :

What you believe does not matter? It matters to me. Capcut will not be uninstalled.

I know I'm coming in late on this thread, and maybe I don't fully understand so please correct me if I don't. I am assuming that you have mp4 movies downloaded on your computer or external drive that you watch.

Instead of getting frustrated, why not just download VLC video player (free) and have done with it?  Been using it for years and never failed me yet.

Because of the high number of abandoned threads, if there is no response after 3 days I remove the post from my answer list. If you wish further help after that PM me.

There are several free audio and video players, such as VLC Media Player, foobar2000, Winamp Legacy, MusicBee, MediaMonkey, and Windows Media Player (2022).

However, Windows Media Player (2022) is NOT to be confused with Windows Media Player (Windows Media Player Legacy).

Good luck! :)

Yes I know but I want to KNOW WHY I can't re-install Films & TV.

You assume wrong. I don't watch movies on my PC.
