just thought I'd let you know I'd fun sfc a couple of hours ago
removed Avast, Malwarebites and CCleaner
running chkdsk now

Sorry to hear that, but You are welcome, steamwiz! 
However, I think the fact that the FunPlus Team provided generic instructions on how to troubleshoot the issue on a phone instead of a computer is poor support. 
The fact that the above reply is signed with "FunPlus Team" makes me wonder if it was generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) rather than being written by a support engineer.
